has a more balanced explanation.  Married women would be most widely
affected, but transwomen and transmen may also have problems, quite aside
from anybody who doesn't have ready access to a birth certificate or
passport.

Oh, and vote-by-mail is completely eliminated except for the president
himself.  😁
