I just heard that the current presidential administration made major cuts
to the department (Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency) that
oversees interference in elections.  Why in the world would do that if you
were concerned about interference from bad actors in China?  (Or, Russia,
for that matter, but The Donald did not mention Russia in his speech.)
