Alfie Kohn and Summerhill

I was listening to a podcast from Alfie Kohn and he said that he is
against the Summerhill (and Sudbury Valley) model of education.

I think his argument is to strive for a "centrist" philosophy where there
is still discipline in the classroom without crushing all deviation.
