Maybe Flora shouldn't bother with a trust since there will be nothing
left.
Again, this brings up the question of whether there should be a dementia
clause in the advanced health directive. I mean, what's the point of
spending down savings to keep someone living like a vegetable?
Do you think we can ask Alty about such "an escape clause"?
W.r.t. using medicaid: I guess we never really discussed long-term health
care with my mom. Perhaps we should bring it up tomorrow.
