I'm not going to engage in the socialism argument directly, but I would
like to know why some government services and their ROI cannot be
evaluated.  In particular, the Department of Defense has never been
audited.  That could very well be a case where government does things
worse (thus, arguing against El-Sayed's primary assumption), but we'll
never know because Hegseth has not made such an audit a priority.
