The snopes article says that many of these reforms have already been
implemented.

But, as far as I know, congress does still have a premiere healthcare
insurance policy.

I honestly think they should not be allowed to have any health insurance
whatsoever while serving since 27 million Americans do not have any
coverage and congress doesn't deserve any healthcare until that problem is
addressed.
