but it really grew during the first Trump administration.

flipped around).

Support for mass deportation of undocumented immigrants has become a
majority opinion in the last 10 years.

People seem to have generally become more conservative w.r.t. specific
social values, e.g., having a baby outside of marriage and sex before
marriage, and reverses the trend of more social liberalism that continued
under Obama.

Finally, more friendships are being lost due to differences in political
beliefs and attitudes than ever before.
