This was a surprising and funny video about why housing is so expensive in
the United States.

He doesn't mention this in the piece, but it seems like this sort of
regulation (don't worry, it's not an Ezra Klein argument) could set us up
for a "permanent inflation".  In fact, I would argue that, without
addressing the housing cost issue, the problem of inflation will never be
solved.
