If you have an RSI (repetitive strain injury), you might try my Tcl/Tk script "typebreak" to force you to take occassional typing breaks. Some day, it will appear on The Typing Injury Archive, but for now you may get the latest version right here. This script only seems to work on Unix-based machines with functioning "finger", "date", and "bc" commands. It seems to work with Tcl 7.5/Tk 4.1.
If you have an RSI (repetitive strain injury), you might also take a look at Simon Crosby's home page. Also, see The Real Reason Unix Hackers Get R.S.I.. Also, see my bookmarks.
