oppose reduced tuition

Please oppose any measure to reduce tuition for non-U.S. citizens.  In these 
hard economy times, it's irresponsible to consider lowering any tuition rates 
when the state is having a hard enough time paying its existing debts.  Also, 
it's important that Ma American citizens be given priority for the 
long-term economic viability of the state because people on student visas are 
more likely to return to their country of origin than continue to reside in 
Ma.
