In what sense?  The punk is scene is basically non-existant, 'though there
is going to be a rare punk show downtown tomorrow.

Noelle is working.  I'm working.  Basically, Noelle needed a job and, being
in medical records, Boston was a natural.

I'm not playing music, though, due to my hand problems (still).  My hands
have been feeling better so maybe I'll risk it at some point.

I grew up about 25 miles west of Boston, in Sudbury.  I really forgot about
the attitudes of people here.  It's rather jarring, uncomfortable, and
scary.  I like the west coast a whole lot better.  Part of our original
plan was to move back to the "correct" coast after 5 years.  I'd still like
to keep to that plan, at this point.  (Assuming that the start-up that I'm
working at doesn't go under.)

Not nearly as awesome as The Bay Guardian.

The subway is one of the redeming features of Boston.  But I still think
the negatives outweigh the positives ... at least, right now.

Honestly, I dislike NY even more than Boston.  We'll be visiting D.C. in a
few weeks.  I'll find out whether the entire east coast is a lost cause...
