Unfortunately, this probably means it's gunna be harder to get a
contractor.  I suspect that ground/dirt/sediment holding up the cement
pillar is being washed away with all the precipitation and that's what's
causing the sag.  I hope it doesn't get worse when spring comes.

Perhaps I can get some consultation from Tim.  I'm guessing I'd need to put
more mortar under the existing cement thing, but that would involve
propping things up with some kind of jack, removing the dirt, and filling
it in.
