Hi Robert,
Sorry to hear it didn't go well. My experience from talking to HR and
recruiters, is that they often they don't really know what hirer wants
as are using an initial job descriptions which has not been revised
recently.
I try and delay the interview if possible until have chance to verify
current objective. I try and ask ask the appointment maker a few
questions they probably don't have answers to, so they have to go back
to hiring person for verification.
Then I can get better info by talking to them again before I set a
date -but haven't done that recently, due to tight job market. However,
any interview is a good one as gives you feedback you can work with,
like our JSNG and prepares you for the important ones. Hey, I should be
working for a Job center, instead of Jiame.
