She came and went. She thought that no one would be interested in buying
with the clutter. The question is is whether the clutter is worth $15,000
(the average realtor fee). Anyway, she's supposed to come up with her
report next Thursday.
I'm thinking of just listing the property on http://boston.craigslist.org
and see what level of interest I get. Perhaps this'll give me a feel
whether this Jaquelyn person knows what the hell she's talking about.
(I'm starting to see why Jim hates real estate people so much.)
I was looking on http://boston.craigslist.org and saw there's a 2BR condo
for $245K in a terrible neighborhood in Allston!
