I understand your enthusiasm, but I really don't feel comfortable making a
final decision on a buyer at this point.  I only placed the ad yesterday!
I'm really sorry.  Please be patient.  My feeling is that, so far, you are
the only ones really interested in the place.  (I got the impression that
some people wanted to bail the tour, but they didn't leave.  Maybe they
didn't wanna be rude.)
