Things are just ridiculous.  There was one couple who were going to give
me $1000 on the spot to ultimately pay the $250000 !  (I couldn't accept
their money since I wanted them to think about it a little before
commiting themselves and me to commit myself!  Maybe after this process is
done, I'll *need* to be commited.  Anyway...)

Let's see.  I guess I actually showed the place to 8 people this
afternoon.  And 4 more people want to see it next week.
