I was thinking more about moving. Perhaps I should consider doing the
move at the end of this month (July) and then live in your living room (or
somewhere) for a month until the house gets sold? In that case, I'd
probably keep my computer, keyboard, and mouse so I can continue to look
for jobs while I'm trying to sell the house.
Do you think this is a good idea or should we (not the royal "we" -- you
and me :-) just clean the house so it's as presentable as possible?
BTW, when I did the http://HouseValues.com thing, a realtor got back to me
saying that it was difficult finding a market value range for this house
because there have been so few similar houses in sold. (I
noticed this, too, when I did research on the web.) Very few houses in
are for sale at all; probably that's why the response has been
overwhelming.
