To answer your questions: 1) This is a single family 2 bedroom house, not a condo. 2) The house was built in 1910 and has been renovated many times. 3) I described the condition as "3" because there are a number of problems with the property that I don't want to fix -- it's "as is". 4) Re: price estimate. I made a rough price estimate that, like yours, was based on 2 bedroom condos, but I felt that it should be slightly above that because it is a house and has slightly more flexibility than a condo. And, to see if I could reach "fair market value", I put up an internet ad saying "$250000 or best offer". The response has been overwhelming and feel that it may even be worth over $250000 (i.e., "best offer" will probably be above). A Coldwell Banker realtor person came over and will be showing me her CMA on Thursday. Thanks.
