I agree with you that a single family house is of more value to some customers and the price should reflect that. As I mentioned there some inherent problems with evaluating a property blindly on the Internet. To compensate somewhat for this, I used data from Banker and Trader. Unfortunately, your home did not have supporting data on that service. So I took what appeared to be a logical next step and priced your property on that conclusion, sent it along, and requested your feedback. I wish you the very with you endeavor.
