Well, the only thing they could provide is to step me through the process
and perhaps negotiate with the buyer in case something comes up.

Not particular regarding realtors.  He said call him back once I
definitely have a buyer in place.  (I'm working on the buyer now.)  Maybe
I'll ask him about realtors after I have a buyer.
