I already got a price -- I got a CMA from 2 different ones. They came up
with the approximately same range.
I may already have a buyer. Do you think it's still worth using a
realtor? (I actually asked a realtor (the one that did my CMA) whether,
if I were to bring in a buyer myself, the commission could be reduced at
all. She was uncertain. I haven't talked to the other realtor about
this possibility.)
I just called Jim Peterson and he agreed to be my lawyer.
