1.  Do you have fire sprinklers ( full or partia) ? Any smoke detectors?

2.  Does anyone smoke in the household?

3.  Do you have central/fire or central burglar alarm system?

4.  Is this an apartment building? If so, how many units does the building have?

5.  Approximately, what is the total value of the personal contents inside the apartment?

6.  What kind of deductible are you looking for?  100, 250, 500, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500

7.  What kind of valuation condition would you prefer?  Actual Cash Value (Replacement cost less depreciation costs) or Replacement Cost-- New for old. 

8.  What kind of personal liability limit are you looking for?  100K, 300K, 500K?

 

Lastly, is this your first time purchasing renters insurance?

Renters insurance policy covers mainly your personal contents, loss of use, personal liability and guest medical of up to $1000.

 

Please provide the above information, and i should be able to properly quote your risk.
