I was thinking about it.  I realize that you should try calling the East
Bay Bicycle Coalition about these buses without bike racks.  They would
know who to complain to and who to talk to.  EBBC's phone number should be
on that bicycle map you have.  (Their web site (http://www.ebbc.org/) says
510-433-RIDE (7433).)  According to their web page, every AC Transit bus
is supposed to be equipped with a bicycle rack.

Time to become active.
