Robert: Tom was never requiring any "work" but since you did not ever call me back regarding the issues then I assume that is why you are not privy to the details. It is, at the very least, basic courtesy to at least review the issues that a buyer presents. In all my years of real estate I have never had a seller refuse to even LOOK at a bullet list (let alone return my phone calls) as it is a fundamental component of the due diligence period. This is unfortunate but yes Tom would like to proceed with the terms defined on the signed and executed Offer to Purchase. Please send me your attorney information as soon as possible.
