This was sent to me by my broker. Must I look at this bullet list if I'm
selling the house AS-IS? Would it help for you to look at the bullet
list? I haven't asked her for a copy yet and have not seen the list. And
I haven't given your name and number to her yet, either.
Call me at my Boston home phone number when you get a chance. (I'm screening my calls,
BTW, so leave a message. Thanks.)
