 It might be a good idea if you and I speak first; feel free to give me a 
call.  I will be in all morning, and most of the afternoon today.

I attach the Power of Attorney, in RTF format.  Let me know if you have a 
problem opening it.  Otherwise, this should solve the problem of mailing.  I 
suggest you have your parents sign more than one copy, just in case more are 
needed.  As you requested, I have named both of your parents.  You could 
modify it 
(or ask me to modify it) to name only one of them.  In fact, you could do two 
separate documents, each naming one of your parents.  That would mean if one 
of them was not available, the other could act alone.
