Dear Jim: Thank you for your response. I sent you an e-mail on Wednesday with the information for the Purchase and Sale as brokers in this area do not in fact prepare that document. Please just make sure to include a rider/addendum protecting Robert on the construction work performed without permits. I disclosed this fact to the buyer but it should be in writing so there is no recourse against Robert in the future. I believe the attorney for the buyer has the first draft of the Offer therefore please contact him so you can review for appropriate changes. Thanks! Jennifer
