Thanks for faxing the Offer.

I have received a P&S from the buyer’s attorney.

I am not sure of the customs in Boston, but on the North Shore the brokers
customarily prepare the first draft of the P&S.  The offer says it should be
“the applicable Standard form Purchase and Sale Agreement recommended by the
Greater Boston Real Estate Board of any form substantially similar thereto.”
Would it be possible for you to prepare the first draft, or at least to
provide me with the form currently recommended by the GBREB?

Also, can you provide whatever documentation you have on the two deeded
parking spaces?

I want to work to make sure an agreement can be signed today.  Thanks for
your assistance.
