My lawyer tells me that he's working on the Purchase and Sale Agreement.  He 
said he expects to have it ready tomorrow.  Fax or email would probably be 
best.  You can fax to the local ice cream place at (617) 779-9030 and I can 
pick up stuff there.  If you e-mail stuff, then I can fax stuff back to you 
from the ice cream place.

After Saturday, my e-mail access will be sporatic.  I will continue to listen 
to my messages at my phone number.  I expect to have e-mail access again on 
Sept 25.

My parents have Power of Attorney and are able to sign papers, negotiate, and 
take actions with regards to this deal on my behalf.  One or both of them will 
be at the closing to sign papers.

If, due to our recent past conflicts, you are not comfortable completing the 
sales process, it would be OK to let someone else in your realty organization 
complete the deal.  I wouldn't mind.
