BTW, before I leave Mass, I called the oil company and told them to stop 
making deliveries.  (As it turns out, there would not have been any more 
deliveries.)  The electricity, gas, and phone are all shut off (and have been 
for a few weeks now).

Of course, the water hasn't been shut off, but I guess you'll be dealing with 
that at the closing.
