I am glad to hear this.  I was not comfortable with the changes made to the 
Addendum I had done.

I just spoke with the closing attorney's secretary.  She says the closing 
will be scheduled for Friday morning in Brookline.  Please let your parents 
know.

I am emailing her the deed for her approval.  I will send you a copy of that 
email although you may want to wait until they approve before you sign the 
deed.

If the closing is Friday morning in Brookline, I will need the signed deed on 
Thursday.  Please have it Notarized and FedEx it to me.
