RE: why no refund?

I don't know what I'm missing.  There was no feedback as to what was
missing.  I believe I included everything necessary in the original
request.  As I said before, the only information I received was:

    While processing your order, we found that your sales receipt did not
    indicate the correct product purchase(s) for this offer.  Please refer
    to the offer requirements that show the products needed to be
    purchased for this offer.

But, from everything you've said so far, I did include the correct product
purchase along with a complete form.

Should I just send exactly the same things that I sent to you originally
and just hope that it gets processed this time?
