My understanding is that if you earn less than $600, then there is no
requirement.  But, after this next gig, I will have earned more than that.
So, I am actually pursuing obtaining a business license.  It's complex,
unfortunately, but I hope to finishing the paperwork today.  That way, at
least, I'll be "in the system".  The quarterly estimated tax should be no
problem once I get all this settled.
