Hello, no need for concern, I have spoken to the company, and I am
waiting for instructions on the exact type of scan we need to obtain to
create the model. It should be soon. I will be in touch when I hear
something. Best regards and happy holidays
Carlos, MD

May you have a Holiday filled with joy, peace & good health.
Dear Dr.
I haven't heard from you regarding the order of the foam puzzle piece for
my upcoming surgery. I'm a bit concerned that my surgery is getting
beyond the 'window' (time frame you discussed with me).
If you or your secretary could give me a call I would greatly appreciate
it. Thank you again for what you have done thus far!!
With gratitude,
Margaret ~AKA Bhavani
