Our rules are similar to those of our competitors: you must meet the service provider at your car when it is being serviced or towed, we tow you to the nearest qualified repair facility, and we don't do "secondary tows" from repair facilities.
You should also note: we do not service vehicles that are already broken down when you join the Club. Motor clubs are like insurance and if we only serviced members who needed the service, then our prices would have to be much, much higher.
