You need only to have an active member number and the toll-free number for emergency roadside assistance. - You must meet the service provider at your car when it is being serviced or towed. - We will tow you to the nearest qualified repair facility. We will not necessarily tow you to the location of your choice (i.e. to your vacation home, friend's house, your personal mechanic.) - We do not do secondary tows (i.e. tows from repair facilities). - We do not service vehicles that are already broken down when you join the Club. Motor clubs are like insurance and if people only became members when they needed service, then our prices would have to be much, much higher. .
