THIS IS YOUR MEMBERSHIP CONFIRMATION.  PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY AND KEEP A 
COPY FOR YOUR RECORDS.  WE SUGGEST THAT YOU PRINT A COPY OF THIS EMAIL SO THAT 
YOU HAVE A RECORD OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP NUMBER AND THE TOLL FREE NUMBER FOR 
EMERGENCY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE.

·	Your account will be activated on your START DATE below.  You are NOT 
eligible for emergency service until that date.  If you have chosen a future 
start date, your membership will be active on that date.

·	Membership materials, including a welcome letter and membership cards, will 
be mailed to you within 10 business days after your START DATE. If you have 
chosen a future start date, you will receive your membership materials within 
10 business days AFTER your START DATE.  Use the membership number below if you 
require emergency service.

·	Your membership is not limited to roadside assistance but includes a variety 
of benefits and discounts.  We encourage you to take advantage of 
them--especially our distinctive environmental programs.  For more information,

INFORMATION AND KEEP IT IN YOUR WALLET OR GLOVE BOX.

NOTES:  
- You do not need to present a card to receive emergency roadside service. You 
need only to have an active member number and the toll-free number for 
emergency roadside assistance.  
- You must meet the service provider at your car when it is being serviced or 
towed.  
- We will tow you to the nearest qualified repair facility.   We will not 
necessarily tow you to the location of your choice (i.e. to your vacation home, 
friend's house, your personal mechanic.)
- We do not do secondary tows (i.e. tows from repair facilities).
- We do not service vehicles that are already broken down when you join the 
Club.  Motor clubs are like insurance and if people only became members when 
they needed service, then our prices would have to be much, much higher.

. Your membership automatically includes a one-year digital subscription to 
Smart Homeowner magazine.  $1 of your membership fee is allocated to this 
subscription.
