You must also verify that the name on the credit card, along with the last four digits of the card number match your order information.  For security reasons, there can be no exceptions. On January 22, 2009 we received the following problem: 

Case number: 6
Consumer name: Robert
Company: TicketWeb
Subject: used shopsafe to buy ticket
Details: I bought the ticket using shopsafe (http://www.bankofamerica.com/promos/jump/shopsafe_olb/index.cfm ) and therefore there is no physical credit card associated with the purchase. How will I pick up my Will Call ticket? Thanks.
