Reservations require 1st night deposit by credit card (charged when the 
reservation is made). All cancellations have a $25.00  fee per room. If you 
cancel your reservation, for any reason, within 14 days of arrival, you'll 
forfeit one night's room & tax. 

Should your plans change and you check out before your confirmed departure date,
 there is a $50.00 Early Departure Fee, once minimum stay requirements (if any) 
have been met. Most Saturday night stays, Festivals and Holidays require a 
2-plus night minimum stay.  Please ask about specific dates.

Ca state law mandates all public interior areas including the 
restaurant and banquet room be non-smoking. All guest accommodations as well 
are non-smoking. There are extensive public decks and gardens as well as all 
riverview studios have private decks where smoking is permitted outdoors.  The 
Village Inn $ Restaurant is primarily an adult resort.  For the comfort of all 
of our guests, those guests  travelling with children are limited to 
ground-floor rooms . 

Well-behaved owners may accompany their small dogs (in The Lodge rooms) for a 
$15.00 per night pet fee, plus a (refundable) $50.00 cleaning deposit if the 
room is left clean.  Advance notice is required.  For the comfort of all of our 
guests, those guests  travelling with doggies are limited to ground-floor 
rooms.  Pets may not be left alone in rooms. All rooms are subject to a 9.00% 
Sonoma County OccupancyTax.

Deposit and Cancellation Policies are strictly enforced.
