Please see attached.  We bid on a property and they accepted our bid.

When can we get the check for the appraisal to you?  Can I take it out of my 
savings account?

What documentation do we need to gather for the loan approval?

When do you regularly get into the office so we can sign all the needed 
paperwork?

I only read my email in the morning before work and after work in the evening.
