We do have a list of inspectors and can do the scheduling for you. If you want to be there for the inspections, let us know your availability and we will try to get it worked out. Inspectors only work weekdays. Inspections are a little cheaper if you pay for them when inspections are done as opposed to paying through escrow.
Your timeline starts now and you have 17 days to get inspections, review them etc. before having to remove contingencies. The days include the weekends.
It is up to the lender on what they need from you for paperwork. They usually want the most current data so I would assume they are going to ask for current copies of what you have already submitted.
