Fw: our-San-Jose-addressFoundation report (Robert & Noelle)

Hello!
Attached is the foundation report. I was there with the two men who performed the inspection. They said the house was in good condition considering the age. They do recommend bolting the foundation, but they also said that probably every house in the neighborhood wasn't bolted due to when they were built.
The cracks are normal for the age of the home. They didn't see any moisture coming through the cracks.
The report quotes you everything: filling the cracks and bolting the foundation. If I read it correctly no permit is needed to just fill the cracks.
Please send a check to them for $200 to pay for the inspection.
Also, let me know if we can remove contingencies tomorrow. Rick, the other agent is bugging me. They do have a back up offer that is higher than yours waiting to see what happens with you.
Also, Phil, the seller is putting together a list of things he may offer to sell you at a good price so he doesn't have to move them. The fridge and washer and dryer may be part of that list.
Thanks, Sandy
