The quote is attached for the foam section. The roof is only partially foam. The other part of the roof is tile.
Let me know if you have any other questions or need anything else. When do you think you will have the appraisal done? We have to remove contingencies next week.

Can you get me a copy of the roof report and the estimate the borrower had? I have to disclose the condition of the roof in the report and It would be nice to have something I can keep in my workfile. The lender may also want to see something.
