Sandy/Jane,

I don't know if Chicago Title is going to have the final amounts available
before the weekend.

So, my plan is to get cashier's checks this weekend for the bulk of the
amount and then the rest I'll pay with a regular check (I can transfer to
my checking account at any time electronically).

Do you know who the cashier's checks should be made out to?
