Sandy, After closing on March 12, it seems like the proper order for addressing property issues will be: 1) Foundation fixes 2) Termite mitigation 3) Roof work The other stuff should be less generally disruptive so can be scheduled later. Do you think it would make sense to hire Able Exterminators for the fumigation and tenting? Or should we look to someone else since they were the ones who did the inspection? Thanks.
