Sandy/Jane,

We've been very disappointed with Discount Fumigation so far.

  1) They never seem to reply to email.
  2) They initially were unable to get the email addresses correctly, even 
     after emailing them.  (Obviously, copy-and-paste is beyond their
     abilities.)  And they never contacted us when the email bounced.
  3) They never use my daytime phone number even after including it on the
     work authorization form.  (They did use it once, but, most of the time,
     not.)
  4) Despite our following the instruction sheet for prep work, we got a 
     message saying that not all the prep work was done (what was not done
     was not specified).  I suspect that they are preparing us for charging
     us an extra $150 for the work ('tho they didn't say that specifically).

I suggest that you recommend another fumigator/termite inspector in the future.
