I called Monique.  She said that, indeed, we will be charged $150 for the
prep work.  Lesson learned: always let the fumigation company do the prep
work, or buy a house without termites.

Also, I'm wondering if we should look at the termite report before I fax
the work authorization for the roof.  Do you have access to the termite
report?  If not, maybe I'll wait until tomorrow to fax the roof stuff (or
you could fax it for me along with the termite report, if needed).
