Meetup Description Learn more about the health benefits of fermented foods such as tempeh, yogurt, salad dressings, etc. Amy, the Healthy Eating Educator at Whole Foods Cupertino will discuss some easy ways that your can incorporate them into your daily diet, and will also touch on making fermented foods at home. There will be vegetarian and vegan samples available to taste. Please call the store to Sign Up - 408) 257-7000
Whole Foods Cupertino will be offering other cooking information classes throughout the month. I'm not sure if I will be able to attend all of them, but wanted to let you know in the event you are interested. These classes are FREE, held in the Culinary Center, and the focus is primarily vegetarian/vegan.

July 19th, 7:00-7:45pm - Eating Well Without Cooking
