Unless you're not planning to add any more to your retirement fund, I
would count it [as an expense].
In fact, everything except the car, trike, and any one-time house expenses
(excluding repair/maintenance) should be included. I.e., repairs and
maintenance should definitely be included, as should insurance payments,
food, eating out, gas, PG&E, credit card late fees, cat-related expenses,
etc.
