this is a letter warning you that your account is going to expire
soon! here is how rm-r.net controls this process:

1) user is notified of account expiring soon at least 10 days
   before it does, if not, user gets 5 more free days before
   having to pay.

2) if user does not acknowledge that they sent the money within
