This morning, I managed to pull apart the velcro from the piece that
connects to it.  Rather than pulling on the velcro itself, I pulled the
connecting tab.

Now it's completely broken after owning it for only 1 week.

I am very disappointed in the design of your cervical collar.  My wife's
cervical collar is also a Core Products brand, but it has a wide velcro
connector and has never broken in the 3 years she's owned it.

I plan to avoid buying Core Products products in the future.
